Designing your custom closet: How does it work?
We often get phone calls from people like Collapsed-Closet Candace or Ready-For-An-Upgrade Ralph. The first question they always ask is “so…how does it work?” Our goal is to simplify the process of custom closet design for our customers.
Step 1: We take your information either over the phone, by email, or by using our web form.
Step 2: The designer that is best suited for your job will give you a call to book a consultation.
Step 3: Your designer will come to your house to measure the space(s) and discuss your needs. They know the right questions to ask to make sure all your needs are covered (even if you’re not 100% sure). They can cater their suggestions number of different budgets. They aren’t afraid of a challenge and are used to being creative in difficult spaces. If you live far away, our designers will provide your initial quote by email.
Step 4: Depending on the complexity of the job, the designer will either design the units right there with you, or will take the measurements back to the office where they can spend the time they need to design something spectacular for you.
Step 5: You will receive your quote within 3-5 days.
